Join Our Study: Help Shape Brain Health Interventions for Mid-Life Adults!

Are you interested in understanding brain health, promoting healthy aging, and lowering the risk of dementia? We are developing innovative, internet-based mindfulness and lifestyle programs designed to support brain health in mid-life adults—and we need your help!

In this study, you'll participate in focus groups covering topics like physical activity, mindfulness meditation, nutrition, relaxation, and sleep. "Focus group" is where a small number of people are brought together to discuss what they think about a product, idea, or issue. Your feedback will help shape a future clinical trial aimed at promoting brain health.

Take part in this exciting opportunity to influence cutting-edge research and promote your own well-being!

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You have concerns about your cognitive functioning (memory, attention, planning)

  • You are over the age of 50 years

  • You are fluent in English

  • You are able to participate in focus groups online (using Microsoft Teams) and can turn on your video and audio

  • You have not been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or dementia
