Join Our Research Study: Participate in Brain Health Interventions for Mid-Life Adults!

At this time, we are looking for male volunteers to participate in the study!

Are you 50 years or older and experiencing cognitive concerns? Join our research study focused on mind-body programs designed to promote healthy living!

As a participant, you will:

  • Visit the Ohio State campus for assessments of thinking skills, a brain scan, and a blood draw to evaluate biomarkers. 

  • Take part in an 8-week online mind-body program from the comfort of your home.

  • Receive compensation for your time and participation.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

  • You have concerns about your cognitive functioning (memory, attention, planning) 

  • You are aged 50 years or older

  • You are fluent in English

  • You are able to commit to an online intervention and in-person testing sessions over six months

  • You have not been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or dementia

  • You live in the Greater Columbus Metropolitan Area
