DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNET-BASED MIND-BODY TRAININGS FOR SPOUSAL CAREGIVERS OF PERSONS LIVING WITH DEMENTIA

(Caregiver iMBT)

Join Our Research Study: Help Design Online Lifestyle Interventions for Caregiver Health!

Are you interested in understanding caregiver health, promoting healthy living, and reducing caregiver stress and burden? We are developing innovative, internet-based mindfulness and lifestyle programs designed to support individuals caring for their spouse living with dementia.

In this study, you'll participate in two focus groups covering topics including your experience as a caregiver, healthy lifestyle behaviors, and digital interventions for health. A "focus group" is where a small number of people are brought together to discuss what they think about a product, idea, or issue. Your feedback will help shape a future clinical trial aimed at promoting caregiver health. You will receive compensation for your time and participation.

Take part in this exciting opportunity to influence cutting-edge research and promote your own well-being!

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

  • You are aged 50 years or older

  • You provide care for your spouse with dementia

  • You are fluent in English

  • You are able to participate in two 2-hour focus groups online (using Microsoft Teams) and can turn on your video and audio

  • You live in the state of Ohio
