Join Our Study: Participate in Brain Health Interventions for Mid-Life Adults!

Are you 50 years or older and experiencing cognitive concerns? Join our study focused on mind-body programs designed to promote healthy living!

 

As a participant, you will:

  • Visit the Ohio State campus for assessments of thinking skills, a brain scan, and a blood draw to evaluate biomarkers.

  • Take part in an 8-week online mind-body program from the comfort of your home.

  • Receive compensation for your time and participation.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

  • You have concerns about your cognitive functioning (memory, attention, planning) 

  • You are over the age of 50 years

  • You are fluent in English

  • You are able to commit to an online intervention and in-person testing sessions over six months

  • You have not been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or dementia

  • You live in the Greater Columbus Metropolitan Area
